Return & Exchange

Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries.
At Navova, you can easily return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

Step 1: Send an email with your name and order number to support@navova.store
Step 2: We will email you a return label. Print it and attach it to the package.
Step 3: Drop off the package at the shipping location indicated on the label.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will either send you a replacement or refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days.
